Dry Friday through Tuesday, highs 64 to 72. The models disagree on Friday night's low, so that is less certain.
What changed since yesterday's Scoop: not much. NWS's highs and lows through Saturday moved less than 4 degrees, and its rain chances less than 20 points. NWS Northern Indiana forecasters' key messages this morning: "Patchy fog is expected to continue develop this morning, especially south of US Route 24 across northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio. The patchy fog may be locally dense. Fog may become more widespread Thursday night into early Friday morning across northwest Ohio." "Dry weather and above normal temperatures are expected through the weekend." Yesterday we said a high of 70; the La Porte airport got 72.
Right now there are no watches, warnings or advisories for La Porte County or for Porter and Lake counties next door. SPC shows no thunderstorm or severe risk here through Saturday, and WPC shows no flooding-rain risk at La Porte through Monday.
